> \[65\] "That love indeed, being subject to such divine play, preserves her chastity even when she has fallen into the hands of another (just as it was for her \[Sītā\]). That very \[love\] will certainly unite them in the future as well, putting an end to that form of suffering; do not think otherwise! For thus runs that well-known statement: 'In whatever way they surrender unto me, I reciprocate with them accordingly.' Indeed, that \[declaration\] pertains to their reunion preceded by the arrangement of the suffering of being another's wife. For what is meant there is: 'In whatever manner the desires of my devotees are, in that very manner my own form is revealed.' And the manner \[of desire\] among those groups is just this: 'Oh, will such good fortune ever be ours, whereby this perception of being the wives of others, having become effortless, will prove false like a nightmare, and being his wives alone will swiftly come true like waking life?'
