'Mahārāja, killing a son is good for no one.'
Having heard this speech uttered by Vatsarāja, the king said angrily: 'You are the master of the kingdom, not a servant!
He who does not exert himself when commanded by his master is a wretch of a servant;
his very life is as useless as the teat on a goat's neck.' (27)
Thinking, 'One must reflect on what is appropriate for the time,' Vatsarāja then fell silent.
Having heard these words of Vatsarāja, the king, becoming angry, said: 'You are indeed the master of the kingdom, not a servant.'
