itare pakṣacchedaṃ dvaṃdve rasamāraṇaṃ na vāñchanti /
bījānāmapi pākaṃ hṛṣyanti ca tadanu tapyanti //
Others do not desire the clipping of wings or the killing of mercury in a pair, / or the cooking of seeds; they rejoice and then suffer.
