> Now we shall expound the quarter on virilisation named Poured with Milk.
> Having pounded well in a mortar clean, un-dried ṣaṣṭika rice filled with milk poured into it,
> one should press it after it has been kneaded with milk.
> Taking that strained juice together with cow’s milk,
> and with the juice of seeds of ātmaguptā and of wild māṣa,
> as well as of balā, the two śūrpaparṇīs, jīvantī, and jīvaka,
> ṛddhi, ṛṣabhaka, kākolī, śvadaṃṣṭrā, and madhuka,
> śatāvarī, vidārī, and also drākṣā and kharjūra,
> the physician should cook it in proper measure, and should throw into it
> the powders of tugākṣīrī, māṣa, śāli rice, ṣaṣṭika rice,
> and wheat, by which that decoction becomes thick.
> And once it has become thick, he should add copious honey and sugar,
> make pills the size of jujube fruits, and fry them in ghee.
> Using them according to his digestive power, eating milk and meat broth,
> even an old man beholds vast, imperishable offspring born of himself.
> (Thus the offspring-producing ṣaṣṭika pill, etc.)
> A physician should collect the semens of sparrows, geese,
> cocks, peafowl,
> porpoises, and crocodiles,
> cow’s ghee, fat of the boar and of the sparrow,
> powder of ṣaṣṭika rice, and powder of wheat.
> With these, small cakes, crisps, rolls,
> pancakes, roasted grains, and various other kinds of sweetmeats should be made.
> By using these edible foods, a man approaches women at will like a stallion,
> with an erect penis filled with semen.
> (Thus the virilising preparations such as small cakes, etc.)
> One should cook the fruit of ātmaguptā, māṣa, dates, śatāvarī,
> śṛṅgāṭaka, and raisins, one prasṛta each,
> in one prastha of milk and one prastha of water; reduced to one prastha
> and strained through a clean cloth, one should combine it with three prasṛtas
> of sugar, tugākṣīrī, and fresh ghee.
> He should drink it with honey, and eat ṣaṣṭika rice.
> Even an old man afflicted with decrepitude and weak obtains vast offspring
> by this formulation, and rejoices like a youth.
> (Thus the offspring-producing extract.)
> Date-palm crown, māṣa, payasyā, śatāvarī,
> dates, madhūka, raisins, and ajaḍā fruit,
> one pala each, the intelligent physician should cook in one āḍhaka of water;
> with that reduced to a fourth, he should boil one prastha of milk.
> With that remaining milk, along with sugar, he should eat ṣaṣṭika rice rich in ghee;
> this combination is considered pre-eminently virilising.
> (Thus the virilising milk.)
> Jīvaka, ṛṣabhaka, medā, jīvantī, the two śrāvaṇīs,
> dates, madhuka, raisins, pippalī, dry ginger,
> śṛṅgāṭaka, and vidārī, fresh ghee, milk, and water—
> cooked until only the ghee remains, with a fourth part of sugar and honey—
> should be taken with ṣaṣṭika rice according to one’s strength;
> it is virilising, strength-giving, beneficial to the throat, and an excellent nourisher.
> (Thus the virilising ghee.)
> Cream of yoghurt resembling the autumn moon, free of flaws,
> properly combined by the wise physician with sugar, honey, black pepper,
> tugākṣīrī, and cardamom, and strained through a clean cloth into a fresh pot,
> should be placed upon cooled ṣaṣṭika rice rich in ghee.
> Having eaten that ṣaṣṭika rice, he should drink a measured dose of rasālā;
> endowed with complexion, voice, and strength, a man behaves like a bull because of it.
> (Thus the virilising use of yoghurt cream.)
> Consuming ṣaṣṭika rice resembling moonbeams, cooked with milk, rich in ghee,
> and combined with sugar and honey, one behaves like a bull.
> (Thus the virilising use of ṣaṣṭika rice.)
> A crocodile egg mixed with a cock's egg,
> combined with ṣaṣṭika powder and fresh ghee,
> cooked into small cakes in hot ghee, should be eaten by a man who drinks the scum of vāruṇī,
> who desires to mount like a stallion and ejaculate like an elephant.
> (Thus the virilising small cakes.)
> And here are two verses:
> By these formulations used according to rule, a man becomes handsome, endowed with virility, possessing strength and complexion,
> filled with excitement like an eight-year-old horse, and capable with excellent women.
> Whatever is dear to the mind—delightful woodlands, river sands, mountains,
> beloved women, ornaments, perfumes, garlands, and cherished companions—all that is suitable here.
