> White, coppery, and thin, which when rubbed sheds dust, / having the color of an alābū flower, sidhma is mostly on the chest. / That which has the color of a kākaṇantīkā seed, does not suppurate, has severe pain, / and has the signs of all three doṣas, that kuṣṭha is kākaṇa; it does not heal at all. / Thus are the seven major kuṣṭhas. / Sweating-free, having a large base, and resembling fish scales, / that is ekakuṣṭha; that named carman is thick like elephant skin.
