aśaktā copavāse tu snānaṃ paścāt samācaret
tatrāpyaśaktā caikena pañcagavyaṃ pibettataḥ

If unable to fast, she should afterwards perform a bath; / if even unable for that with one [meal], she should then drink pañcagavya.
