dakṣiṇe ca puṭe vāyurhito bhojanamaithune /
khaḍgahasto jayedyuddhe ripūnkāmasamanvitaḥ //
The breath in the right nostril is beneficial for eating and sexual intercourse; / sword in hand, filled with desire, one would conquer enemies in battle.

vāmeva gamanaṃ śreṣṭhaṃ sarvakāryeṣu bhūṣitam /
vāyurvahati tatrasthaḥ praśro bhūtasya śobhanaḥ //
