> "O Agni, with all fires..."—this is the ājyastotra to all the fires.
> The All-Gods are indeed the fires.
> Through this, they reach all the gods.
> It is in the anuṣṭubh meter, \[thinking:\] "May we flourish through speech at the opening of each pressing."
> It is nine-fold (trivṛt); brahman indeed is the trivṛt.
> Those who run the vrātyā course are deprived of brahman,
> for they are called "sons of kings."
> In that it is nine-fold, they flourish precisely through brahman.
> The maitrāvaruṇa's \[stotra\] is fifteen-fold;
> the fifteen-fold is royal power (kṣatra);
> royal power is indeed an offshoot of brahman;
> they flourish through royal power itself.
> The brāhmaṇācchaṃsin's \[stotra\] is seventeen-fold;
> Prajāpati is seventeen-fold;
> they flourish through Prajāpati himself.
> The acchāvāka's \[stotra\] is sixteen-fold;
> the sixteen-fold is faculty and vital power;
> they flourish precisely through faculty and vital power.
