> From a pair that is deficient and redundant, indeed, offspring and cattle are born.
> With the two they surround the Triṇava stoma.
> Those two generate that very \[stoma\].
> As to that they say: 'Indeed, stomas are reached, meters are reached, deities are reached, seasons and houses are reached, when this Pṛṣṭhya six-day period is reached.'
> On the seventh day they should chant on \[verses\] addressed to Agni that are fresh.
> Agni indeed is unexhausted among the gods.
> Seeing Agni as unexhausted among the gods, they thus sacrifice.
> On the eighth day they should chant on \[verses\] addressed to Indra that are fresh.
> Indra indeed is unexhausted among the gods.
> Seeing Indra as unexhausted among the gods, they thus sacrifice.
> On the ninth day they should chant on \[verses\] addressed to the All-Gods that are fresh.
> The All-Gods indeed are unexhausted among the gods.
> Seeing the All-Gods as unexhausted among the gods, they thus sacrifice.
> The Atirātra contains all stomas, for conquering, for stepping across all the worlds.
> For all this is the stomas alone.
> And \[they say\]: 'Those stomas which we have undertaken one by one—having accomplished them together and being established in them, may we reach the conclusion.'
