tápo háro bhā́ḥ /
agnír índro bṛ́haspátiḥ /
víśve devā́ bhúvanasya gopā́ḥ /
té mā sárve yáśasā sám̐sṛjantu //
The sovereign, the wide ruler, / the supreme ruler, the self-ruler! / Ray of light, glowing heat, / ascetic heat, glow, brilliance! / Agni, Indra, Bṛhaspati, / the All-Gods, protectors of the world: / let them all unite me with fame!
