yugapatprayōgē paras tēṣāṁ.
In simultaneous use, the subsequent among them [prevails].

tēṣāṁ prathamamadhyamōttamapuruṣāṇāṁ yugapatprayōgē sati yaḥ paraḥ sa ēva puruṣō bhavati.
