The vizier and the people of the dīwān assigned them to me, and I went out to them. Among them was a village called Badalī — with a over the b, a over the undotted d, and i under the l — a village called Basahī — with a over the b and the undotted s, and i under the h — and half a village called Balara — with a over the b, the l and the r. These villages are at a distance of sixteen kurūh, that is, miles, in a ṣadī known as the Ṣadī of Hindbat.
