The Sultan returned to Ghazna, his affair resplendent, his standing high; God had favoured him in what he sought, aimed his arrows straight at the goal, and made him famous for taking the virgin city, appropriating the splendid kingdom, ascending the summit of hope, and clothing the community in glory and loftiness.
