حسد آنحا کی آتش افروزذ خرمن عقل وعافیت سوزذ آواز داذ کی ای براذر ، موضعی بغایت نزه وخرم ، ومتنیزهی بی رنج وغم یافتةآی ! هوای او دل را موافق ، وغذای او بنیت را ملام ولایق ، دولتی صافی ، ومملکتی مستخلص ، از آمذ وشذ مزاحمان فارغ ، واز اختلاف صادر ووارد منزه ، قدر این نعم جسیم ، وأرج این مواهب عظیم می دانی ؟ وصدقات وزکوات بدرویشان ومستحقان می رسانی ؟ ودانم کی غشر5 وحمس این غلات ، ونزل ور بع این مستغلات بدواوین سلاطین بمی دهی ! آخر زکوة این تمرات بمسا کین برسان کی شر الناس من أ کل وحده ، وبزرگان گفته اند :

> Wherever envy kindles a fire, / it burns the harvest of intellect and well-being.  
> He called out: "O brother, an exceedingly pleasant and delightful place, a pleasure-ground free of pain and sorrow,  
> you have found! Its air is agreeable to the heart, and its nourishment suitable and fitting for the constitution; a pure  
> fortune, and a secluded domain, free from the coming and going of meddlers, and clear from the turmoil  
> of departing and arriving \[travelers\]. Do you know the value of these enormous blessings and the worth of these great gifts?  
> And do you deliver alms and zakāt to the poor and deserving? And I know that you do not give the tithe  
> and the fifth of these crops, nor the provisions and tribute of these real estates, to the chanceries of the sultans! After all,  
> deliver the zakāt of these fruits to the indigent, for 'the worst of people is he who eats alone', and the elders  
> have said:
