Muchalinda Protecting Buddha

Lime Stone - Slab depicts - Seated Buddha in meditation protected by Naga muchilinda. Mended. It was at Gaya, where the Buddha was protected from the rain by the coils and hoods of the Naga king Muchalinda who dwelt in a neighbouring lake.
