Potsherd

The fragment of a pot appears to be made from red ware with a raised band. It has a coarse fabric that has burnt black in the section, indicating it was not treated with slip. The tempering material, sand, is still extant in the core of the pot. Based on its appearance, the pot seems to be hand-made.
