Rim part of a vessel

The fragment appears to show the rim part of a vessel. The vase is made of red ware with an out-turned and internally cut rim, featuring a vertical neck. The fabric of the vase is coarse with a greyish section, and it does not have any slip applied. The overall appearance suggests that it was handmade.
