Rim fragment of a vase

The rim fragment of the object is unclear. The vase is made of red ware with an out-turned and externally obliquely cut and grooved rim. The fabric is coarse with a gritty section, and it is devoid of slip. It appears to be handmade. Rim fragment of an object not clear.
