Figure of Buddha

Head from a Buddha image. The head is oval to round with a small, high uṣṇīṣa drawn in at its base and a raised hairline with undulating hair radiating in grooves and ridges as if from the peak over the forehead and becoming straight lines beyond the uṣṇīṣa.
