# Bead

Bead of thin hammered gold, resembling a srivatsa, with a horn-like scroll on either side of a central v-shape. The flat back is attached by means of a soldered overlap and the bead is pierced longitudinally with two small drill holes. Deposits visible in the holes show that the gold covers a mastic or terracotta core.
