Bezel

Fragment of a cast copper alloy finger-ring with indented, undecorated shoulders broadening to a roughly oblong bezel edged with deeply indented notches. In the centre is an accurately engraved circle, with a drill hole marked by the compass point, containing a roughly incised square with concave sides.
