Stair-riser

Fragment of a stair-riser. At the bottom left-hand corner a small animal, perhaps a dog, faces the lower part of an advancing figure in a knee-length tunic, trousers and shod feet. On the right are the faintest outlines of a rearing lion facing another hunter. The base moulding survives in an irregular projection.
