Stair-riser

Fragment of a stair-riser showing a humped bull lassoed by a man, perhaps connected with the following piece. The bull's head, in low relief, seems small in relation to the summarily modelled body and appears pulled back; the lasso, notched along its length as though twine, is also visible at the horns.
