# Panel of Vajrapani (Panel of Vajrapāṇi)

Fragment in two registers showing Vajrapāṇi. In the lower scene a bearded Vajrapāṇi, naked save for a long draped garment looping below the knees and round the back, stands turned to his left but with the head to his right where no doubt the Buddha was. The damaged vajra is vertical against his left shoulder.
