Panel of Maitreya

Stūpa drum panel showing a Bodhisattva, presumably Maitreya in the Tuṣita heaven, flanked by two ascetics. Maitreya's uttarīya, in the narrow mode, seems not to be looped at the left shoulder and upper arm but does cover the lap in the usual way; there are no visible paridhāna ends.
