Elephant and mahout; single-page tinted drawing mounted in an album. A small oval vignette illustrates an elephant bearing his mahout. Inscribed. Album contains 60 Indian drawings and paintings. Ink and wash on paper. Album bound in black leather with pages of European paper, watermarked 1799.
