Album leaf. Court (?). A scholar receiving a prince and his attendants in a garden. After Herat original of c. 1490 AD, work of Mir Chand. Set in elaborate gilt margins, outermost with tierkamofs, animals, humans, smoking hookahs and architecture. A few fragments of silver. Calligraphy on reverse.
