Core rejuvenation flake

Plunging flint core rejuvenation flake. Struck from the distal end of the core, the thickened distal end of the flake has detatched an area of striking platform. Attempts to rejuvenate this platform from the face of the core had resulted in the removal of small, step terminated flakes. Patinated.
