# Elliptical cornelian intaglio

The elliptical cornelian intaglio is described as flat and only half in existence. A notable feature of the intaglio is a deeply incised circle located near the middle of its broken edge. On one side of the circle, a straight groove runs down from the break to the edge of the seal, but it disappears on the other side.
