Mahavira

Image of Mahavira carved in relief. He is seated cross-legged on a lion throne under a triple umbrella with a lion in the centre shown underneath his pedestal, which is his lanchana or emblem. There are figures shown on his either side, probably his attendants or other tirthankaras. There is a halo behand his head.
