# Arm band

This arm band was made within the Mughal empire, probably in the 18th century. It would have been worn by a man on his upper arm, and is called a bazuband. It consists of sixteen identical small, polished blocks of olive green nephrite jade arranged in two adjacent, parallel rows of eight blocks.
