Domestic object

Lamp from Sari Dheri, dating is problematical as there are no close classical western parallels, and the form is suggestive of western rather Indian origin, may date from 1st to 3rd centuries A.D. A heavy bronze lamp or jug with a large spout, a small bowl and a handle.
