Plaque

These 33 ivory plaques originally made up probably more than one small casket as the pieces do not really match up. The ivory has been carved and perforated, showing a decorative floral pattern - the larger pieces show figures and birds among the greenery. Plaque portions from caskets, carved and perforated ivory.
