Coverlet fragment of embroidered silk on cotton in chain stitch. Fine sinuous stems in green with green leaves bear brightly coloured flowers. Red predominates, as well as light and dark blue, yellow and occasional spots of mauve and pink. Some flowers are lightly spotted with white.
