### [v2.c31.233](https://indike.org/pramana/ins.general.ray-1931.v2.c31.233)

¹ Edited by H. H. Dhruva, \*IA\*, Vol. XX, pp. 158-60. In the opinion of some scholars (\*EI\*, Vol. XIX, \*Appendix\*, p. 39, No. 250), a Kiradu inscription of Kumārapāla supplies the date V.S. 1198 (?) for this reign. On this date the local Paramāra prince of Kirāṭakūpa is said to have recovered his lost kingdom through the help of the (Caulukya) Jayasiṁha Siddharāja. See also \*supra\*, \*DHNI\*, Vol. II, p. 926.
