The \*Kamasutra\* also defines the categories of men who succeeded in gaining the love of wives of other men. Naturally this sort of man had to be an expert in arts and crafts, an impressive conversationalist, an enterprising and likeable personality. It has also a detailed list of the kinds of women who could easily be won over. Such wanton women waited at the door and peeped from the windows, attended \*goshthi\* at the houses of young neighbours and hated their husbands. Actresses, widows and women who had lost the love of their husbands travelled a lot. Wives of the so-called pious Vaishnavas (\*choksha\*) or those suffering from bodily imperfections were also easily won over by other men.
