I did not forward these Papers at that Time as they are of no General Interest, I send them now because occasions may arrise (such as exchanges &ca.) when it would be convenient to refer to them and it is therefore desirable to have them on Record. In the same view I enclose a statement of the lands assigned to Holcar. The date is old and the amount of the Revenue must have altered since then.
