### [v2.c45.375](https://indike.org/pramana/ins.reference.ghosh-1989.v2.c45.375)

A lead coin of a hitherto unknown ruler Śrī Sāta Kumāra has been recovered from this Pd. The legend is in early Brāhmī characters of \*c.\* 1st century B.C. The obverse, in addition to the legend, bears the \*tri-ratna\*, \*svastika\* and \*nandipada\* whereas the reverse shows a fruit-bearing tree within square railing and wavy line with two pellets in lower curves below the tree. The author of the coin may be identified either with Sāti-Siri of the larger Nanaghat inscription of Śaktikumāra of Jaina tradition. He could be a local ruler as well.
