The earliest of these dates, viz., A.D. 1756, which is possibly, the date of composition of the work, occurs in a manuscript of \*Gaṇitasārasaṅgraha\* Section of \*Jyotiśśāstra-saṅgraha\*, Kerala C. 2183-I.
