10.106

pūrṇa-sudhāṃśur, yathā-
rākā-sudhāṃśur abhavan na tamāṃsi hartuṃ
vṛndāṭavī-jaṭharagāny adhunāpi śaktaḥ |
rākā-sudhāṃśu-mukhi tāni tavonnatāni
hṛt-kandarāstara-carāṇi kathaṃ jahāra //

The full moon, as:
“The full moon has not been able, even now,
to dispel the darkness within the depths of the Vṛndā forest;
O moon-faced girl, how has it stolen away that [darkness] of yours
that towered and wandered across the floor of the cave of your heart?”
