yathā padyāvalyāṃ (269)--
uttiṣṭhārāt tarau me taruṇi mama taroḥ śaktir ārohaṇe kā
sākṣād ākhyāmi mugdhe taraṇim iha raver ākhyayā kā ratir me |

As in the Padyāvalī (269):
“O maiden, climb onto my boat near at hand!” “What power do I have to climb a tree?” / “O innocent girl, I speak directly of a boat!” “What pleasure do I have in the sun’s name?” / “This talk on the subject of a boat will in some way lead to union between the two of us.” / “Even talking about it—!” Thus I worship the unvanquished [Kṛṣṇa], whose face smiled at Rādhā, who was defeated in argument.
