svayaṃ kṛtaireva nidarśanairiyaṃ mayā prakḷptā khalu vāgalaṅkṛtiḥ
ataḥ paraṃ cāruranekadhāparo girāmalaṅkāravidhirvidhāsyate //
Indeed, this ornament of speech has been constructed by me with examples of my own composition; / hereafter, the fine and manifold other rules on ornaments of speech will be set forth.
