anuprāsadhiyā gauḍais tad iṣṭaṃ bandhagauravāt &
vaidarbhamālatīdāma laṅghitaṃ bhramarair iti //
Out of an intention for alliteration, that is favored by the Gauḍas; because of the gravity of the verbal composition, / the Vaidarbha [version is]: 'mālatīdāma laṅghitaṃ bhramarair' (the jasmine garland traversed by bees).
