nāghrātaṃ na kṛtaṃ karṇe strībhir madhuni nārpitam &
tvaddviṣāṃ dīrghikāsyeva viśīrṇaṃ nīlam utpalam //

“It was not smelled; it was not placed on the ear; it was not dropped into wine by women; / the blue lotus withered right on the surface of your enemies' pond.”
