viśeṣyamātrabhinnāpi tulyākāraviśeṣaṇā &
asty asāv aparāpy asti bhinnābhinnaviśeṣaṇā //

This [condensed speech] exists with identical modifiers, differing only in the substantive;
and there is another kind whose modifiers are partly different and partly identical.
