samudāyārthaśūnyaṃ yat tad apārtham iheṣyate /
tan mattonmattabālānām ukter anyatra duṣyati //
That which is devoid of aggregate sense is considered here as "the nonsensical"; / it is faulty except in the speech of the intoxicated, the insane, and children.
