‘Composing’ means establishing in their natural state. / In the form *samādadhat*, because of its reduplicated character, the augment *num* does not operate. / Here, by the Blessed Lord, the suppression of the ensuants of erotic passion—such as the tender glance and so on—was effected by means of dissimulation, an emotion that consists in concealing one’s outward expression. / As he said: ‘with a greeting of well-being.’ / For by this, the concealment of outward expression is indicated.
