kalā tu ṣoḍaśo bhāgo bimbo'strī maṇḍalaṃ triṣu|
bhittaṃ śakalakhaṇḍe vā puṃsyardho'rdhaṃ sameṃ'śake ||

A sixteenth part is a kalā; bimba is masculine and neuter, while maṇḍala is in three [genders]. / Bhitta is in [the senses of] a broken piece or fragment; ardha is masculine [when indicating a part], but neuter for an equal share.
