yathā-
bālā sakhī-tanu-latāntaritā bhavantam
ālokya mugdha-madhurair alasair apāṅgaiḥ |
siṃha-kṣamā-ramaṇa cittaja-mohanāstrair
lakṣmīr abhitti-likhiteva ciraṃ samāste ||

As in:
The maiden, concealed behind the slender creeper-like body of her friend,
gazing at you with innocent, sweet, languid sidelong glances,
O Siṃha, lord of the earth, as if by love's bewildering weapons,
sits for a long time like Lakṣmī painted without a wall.
