Evenness of crisp structure [sphuṭa-bandha-samatā] is as follows:
“By the sweet female bee, whose wit was nurtured
by the profusion of honey from the mādhavī awakened by spring,
a song was sung repeatedly, with distinct syllables
carrying an intoxicating hum.”

[Māgha, Śiśupālavadha 6.20]
1.428.p2
atra sphuṭa-varṇa-prāya-bandhasya nirvyūḍhatvāt sphuṭa-bandha-samatā |
Here, because a diction predominantly composed of crisp phonemes is maintained throughout, there is evenness of crisp structure.
1.428.p3
miśra-bandha-samatā, yathā utphulla-gaṇḍa-yugam [ku. 3.4] ity ādau | atra miśrī-bhūta-mṛdu-sphuṭa-varṇa-bandhasya nirvāhād miśra-bandha-samatā |
Evenness of mixed structure [miśra-bandha-samatā] is as in the verse beginning “Both blossoming cheeks” [Kumārasambhava 3.4], and so forth. Here, because a diction mixing soft and crisp phonemes is maintained, there is evenness of mixed structure.
